Dongguan City, Guangdong Province of China. The company has
a machining factory and a high-density alloy factory.
Specialty: CNC precision machining and metal injection moulding
techniques in manufacturing tungsten-base high-density alloy
with density scope 9.5 to 18.5 upon specification.
The machining factory has 50 CNC milling centers, 50 high-speed
engraving machines, 40 CNC lathes, 20 laser engraving machines, 20
vertical/horizontal milling machines, and numbers of common machines.
The high-density alloy factory has 20 metal injection moulding
machines, 10 molybdenum wire furnaces, 4 vacuum furnaces, 5 glue
discharging furnaces and other necessary equipments. With customer's
specific needs, the factory can do drilling, grinding, heat treatment,
polishing, painting, anodizing, and electroplating, etc. The products
distribute in several industries, such as sports apparatus, medical
instrument, photoelectricity communications, automotive parts, and home
appliance and have been sold to Europe, America, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, etc..

been made by the customers. The raw materials used in machining factory
include steel, copper, brass, aluminum alloy, nonferrous metal alloy,
hard alloy, and high-density alloy. For high-density alloy factory, the
